Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, assess patients' needs, and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Your role will be crucial in promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide education to patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results
- Perform various nursing procedures such as phlebotomy, ostomy care, and wound dressing changes
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois (compact license not accepted)
- Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience as a RN
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Shift: 11pm-7am with rotating weekends

Pay Breakdown:

$75/hr (taxed nontaxed)

$23.37/hr (taxed)

$51.63/hr (nontaxed/stipend)

$3,000 weekly gross based on 40 hours
