Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This position offers opportunities to work in various healthcare settings, including pediatrics, ambulatory surgery centers, and behavioral health facilities.

Duties:
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Utilize aseptic technique when performing procedures such as catheterization
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Respond to emergencies and provide basic life support when needed
- Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic health record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks)
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Assist with acute pain management strategies for patients

Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in pediatrics, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic evaluation, aseptic technique, catheterization, basic life support, eClinicalWorks, behavioral health, dialysis, and acute pain management
- Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
