PAY BREAKDOWN:
Weekly Gross: $1523/week
Hourly Blended: $42.33 per hour
Weekly Taxable: $324 Per Week
Weekly Stipend: $1200 Per Week
OT Rate: $46.83

REQUIREMENTS:
Note: Need Traveler, 50 Miles Radius
Need Active WY License or Compact Required /LPN license
Active AHA BLS & Covid Required
At least 1 year of experience as in LTC
