Genesis In-Home Care is look for a passionate Team Leader to lead and manage a personal residence home (unlicensed setting)! Join our team and embark on an incredible journey supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Genesis will provide you with competitive pay with a starting wage of $16.35 per hour coupled with an attractive $2,000 New Hire Bonus (plus referral bonus opportunities). Details about the bonuses are provided below.

We are on the lookout for an experienced team leader who can support individuals with full ADL care needs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating, continence, etc.) as well as manage a staff of 5-6 other people. Up-to-date trainings preferred. Open availability required.
