As a caregiver you will provide direct care to individuals with disabilities served by Genesis in a residential setting.

New Hire Bonuses $2,000! - $1,000 payable after employed for 3 months (and a minimum of 412 hours of non-training work) then an additional $1,000 payable after employed for 6 months (and a minimum of 824 hours of non-training work).
All required trainings must also be completed to be eligible for this bonus.
Referral Bonuses $2,000 per referral! - $1,000 payable after referral employed for 3 months (and a minimum of 412 hours of non-training work) then an additional $1,000 payable after referral employed for 6 months (and a minimum of 824 hours of non-training work).
