Genesis Healthy Homes is on the lookout for a full-time Lead Restoration Technician to oversee our field operations in the Kansas City metro area. While technical expertise in indoor air quality testing, mold removal, and overall home health is highly valued, we are equally committed to training the right candidate who demonstrates leadership potential and a strong commitment to customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of mold and moisture remediation projects according to established protocols, serving as the primary point of contact for the team.
• Conduct inspections and testing, ensuring all services meet our high standards for quality and safety.
• Manage project from initial customer contact to completion, ensuring a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.
• Maintain and operate various tools and equipment necessary for environmental remediation.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and promote a strong culture of safety within the team.
• Navigate and efficiently work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries to ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in environmental services, construction, or a related field, with a significant focus on remediation activities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of managing customer relationships and team interactions effectively.
• Strong physical fitness, able to lift heavy objects and work in confined or uncomfortable spaces.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time, salaried position: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
