- Manage and oversee lawn mowing route from start to finish
- Ensure lawns are completed on time and within budget
- Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during mow Route
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA)
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure successful route completion

```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in weekly mowing
- Strong knowledge of lawn mowing processes, techniques, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret lawn mowing plans, schematics, and contracts
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 55 per week
