The Business Analyst will play a key role in troubleshooting and enhancing our Oracle EBS 12.2.10 application. Strong documentation skills, functional knowledge, technical ability, and communication skills are essential to meeting business requirements and keeping the Oracle solution sound. The Business Analyst will also work extensively with the business users to understand their business needs, develop solutions, and implement enhancements to the Oracle system.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting business requirements, writing functional specification documents, testing, and working with IT Developers, other IT Business Analysts and Business Users to approve and migrate enhancements to the Oracle system. They are also responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, following the change control process, and assisting with company initiatives as needed.
