GENESIS ENERGY, LLC is Hiring a GIS Specialist Near Baton Rouge, LA

Key Duties:Manages corporate GIS PODS database.Schedules and coordinates tasks and deadlines.Reviews and processes incoming data from pipeline field activities.Acts as liaison with other departments regarding GIS functions.Manages corporate risk software and data input/output.Responsible for HCA analysis for pipelines and facilities.Supports Genesis Compliance Group with T4 permitting and TPMS mapping requirements.Queries, analyzes, and prepares PODS database for PHMSA Annual Reporting and NPMS. Establishes and maintains quality standards.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.May be required to travel outside of assigned location on occasion.Required Skills, Experience, and Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Geography or related field. Minimum of 4-6 years relevant GIS experience at a pipeline company.GISP certification or equivalent.In-depth knowledge utilizing ESRI suite of software (Arc Desktop, ArcPro, ArcCatalog, ArcToolbox).Experience with Geofields GIS.Self‐starter, responsible and ability to work under limited supervision.Good communication skills.Good understanding of pipeline integrity data.
