Genesis Consulting is seeking a motivated, ambitious,hardworking, and resourceful SAP Training Lead for a State and Local SAP client.Join our team and utilize SAP technology to configure, develop, deliver andsupport applications for our clients while leveraging concepts of Lean, Agile,Kanban and SAFe. Our clients are some of the world’s leading companies and thecandidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technicalsolutions for their needs.
The SAP Training Leadwill support training for business transformations of existing on-premise SAPECC to a hybrid S/4 HANA cloud, including SuccessFactors, Concur and Ariba. Theconsultant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of SAPsolutions across our client’s organization. As the SAP Training Lead, you willcollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, andproject managers to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive trainingprograms that empower our workforce to effectively utilize SAP applications. Dutiesinclude but may not be limited to:
Lead the creation, development and execution of SAPtraining strategies, plans, and materials for end-users across various SAPmodules and functionalities.
Design engaging and effective training curricula,including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, job aids, and other relevanttraining resources.
Identify and Develop End User Training Content forcustomer based on best medium for content consumption (e.g. Online vsInstructor Led)
Prepare and Build Training Content in SAP EnableNow
Work with SAP on the implementation of EnableNow
Work with customer on instructional design andcontent authoring approaches for training development
Lead team of training developers to create and meetneeds and deadlines for training content
Create and implement custom education programs thatdemonstrate knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and incorporate bestpractice delivery techniques
Plan, design, develop, organize, write, and editinstructor-led training content as well as storyboards for electronic learningmodules (WBT, CBT, eLearning)
Conduct training needs assessments
Develop course objectives and design plan based onassessment results
Interview Subject Matter Experts and clients tocollect necessary information to design and develop blended education solutions
Monitor and evaluate training programeffectiveness, gathering feedback and making continuous improvements based onparticipant feedback and performance metrics.
Conceptualize and develop evaluation measuresincluding knowledge checks, course evaluations, and tests
Participate in content review, revision andsign-off cycles
Conduct Train-The-Trainer sessions (possibility toexpand into training delivery in subsequent phases of the project if desired)
Provide application knowledge, methodologyexpertise and/or industry knowledge
Build and maintain client relationships byconsistently delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations
Status reporting, issue identification, problemsolving
Create and manage the development and execution of the core elements ofchange initiatives, including, but not limited to: stakeholder engagementplan/strategy; communications strategy/plan; training strategy/plan.
Support execution of change campaigns aligned withoverall change strategy and approach
