Position Summary
We are looking for an awesome Accounting Assistant to join our team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Special Projects
- Strong computer aptitude, including QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
