Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Coordinator to join our team. The Manufacturing Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure timely production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of manufacturing operations and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with production managers, supervisors, and team members to allocate resources effectively and optimize workflow.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet specifications and standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the manufacturing process.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports to track key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and delays.
• Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Community college or Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
