General Shale Brick, Inc., is seeking a Plant Manager for our facility in Terre Haute, IN. This is senior level manufacturing management role, reporting to the Regional Production Manager, with responsibilities including:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safe and efficient day to day operations of plant and manufacturing technologies
- Maximization of production efficiency while ensuring quality output
- Ensuring weekly production goals
- Measurement and management of KPIs
- Environmental compliance
- Administration and delivery of company policies
- Employee relations
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or related curriculum
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Industrial manufacturing management experience
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience with manufacturing process technologies
- Proven leadership skills
JOB INFORMATION:
- Schedule required to support multi-shift operation and 24/7 kiln operation
