We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's day-to-day operations to ensure compliance in all business aspects. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing various aspects of the business, including maintaining electronic and paper libraries, employee training, internal audits of safety and environmental records, minor IT support, and more. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our company's success.
```Responsibilities:```
-Maintain proper records of SOP's, employee records, safety training records, and environmental safety records.
- Assist a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist with all local/federal government compliance issues involving manufacturing, not excluding OSHA reporting, hazardous waste, etc.
- Basic understanding on technical writing concerns Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
```Skills:```
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills
