- To sell hotel room nights through direct client contact; Implement hotel-level tactical sales plans as assigned.
- To develop and maintain good relationships with officials and representatives of local community groups and companies.
- To promote new business and increase sales for the hotel. Responsible for sales calls and prospecting new business.
- Handling client site inspections and client entertainment.
- Negotiating contracts and Sales Pro activities.
- Anything else assigned by management.
- Ability to focus on guest/client needs remaining calm and courteous
- Detail orientated individual with ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain a highly positive and friendly image that will reflect well on hotels overall appearance
- Ability to adhere to hotels grooming standards; policy and procedures
- Ability to work and make excellent independent judgment decisions
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in while working in a fast environment
- Confident individual who is willing to assume responsibility
- Demonstrates high degree of drive and determination
