WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Answer calls from customers assisting them with pricing, ordering, marketing questions, technical support, and RMAs. Transfers calls to correct person or department.
  • Assist customer in ordering supplies and marketing materials.
  • Handle customers questions and complaints.
  • Process Sales Orders in a timely manner.
  • Perform out-bound telephone calls to promote current specials and provide customers with the latest product information.
  • Call customers that have credit card/payment issues to help resolve them and assure that the customer receives their shipments in a timely manner.

What are your X-factors

  • 1 years of Customer Service Experience Xperience.
  • Xcellent attention to detail, following processes, logging updates in Hubspot, Aircall, and SAP.
  • Interacting with customers over phone calls, LiveChat and via email Xcites you.
  • Xceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • You Xcel in a fast-paced environment and are a multi-tasking Xpert.
