WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
• Resolve clients' billing issues and verify discrepancies.
• Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable, in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
• Communicate with clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans.
• Spot accounting discrepancies and apply appropriate controls in daily operations.

WHAT ARE YOUR X FACTORS

• 2 years of Xperience with collections, invoicing, and/or AR Specialist- in a highly customer service focused organization.
• Xstablished ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Intermediate Xcel (Excel) Skills.
• Hands-on Xperience in accounting software, preferably SAP or NetSuite.
• Basic knowledge and Xperience of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) as it relates to AR.
