Gene Butman Ford of Ypsilanti is looking for a Pre-Owned Sales Consultant to join our team! Gene Butman Ford has been in business since 1957. As a family-owned and -operated company, we believe in fostering and growing our employees to help them achieve their greatest potential. We want to hire someone who has an outgoing personality, is dependable, eager to learn, and self-motivated. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required - we will train you! This position is full-time and the willingness to work evenings and Saturdays is required.

Duties will include:

• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives to prospective customers
• Building and maintaining successful long-term customer relationships
• Using customer relationship management (CRM) software to organize follow-up tasks
• Staying up to date on Ford product knowledge and certifications
• Understanding and implementing the dealership sales process
• Attending daily department meetings
• Interacting with customers via phone and internet

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
