Gen 5 Fertility Center is Hiring a Surrogate Coordinator / Case Manager Near San Diego, CA

Gen 5 Fertility is a world-class fertility center located in beautiful San Diego. It is directed by the leading fertility specialists in the field and where the most caring and competent staff, state-of-the-art equipment and the individualized treatment protocols come together to deliver a level of care and a patient experience like no other center.

Our team is looking for a Surrogate Coordinator / Case Manager to join our group of experienced patient care specialists. The position entails sales and marketing as well as compassionate customer care for each case.

The successful candidate is eager to learn and able to learn fast, possesses outstanding level of detail orientation and organizational skills, can multitask, wants to work in a close-knit team environment, is highly reliable to provide continuous support to patients, and most important of all, is passionate about providing each patient with the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

· Review with patients the surrogacy process and address questions/concerns.

· Outline holiday and periodical events for surrogates and coordinate event logistics and services.

· Guide patients through the surrogacy journey, including but not limited to the compiling of past medical records, the medical screening process, the legal contract process, the steps involved in IVF medical cycle.

· Attend all necessary appointments with surrogates such as medical screenings, embryo transfers and other related procedures.

· Collaborate with the clinical counterpart/the IVF Coordination team on all aspects of patient treatment coordination, such as patient communications, review of process/options, scheduling, documentation, patient education and other associated tasks.

· Follow through with surrogates and clinics to make sure proper and effective communication is in place to ensure a successful cycle.

· Follow internal workflow and SOP to maintain internal records and databases.

· Help with recruitment initiatives for new surrogates within the company

Requirement

  • Surrogacy related personal or professional experience is must
  • Have administrative and office experience
  • Have a sales/marketing background
  • Experience with EMR cloud based systems
  • Awareness and compliance of HIPAA Rules and Requirements
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and stay well organized
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly, outgoing, and respectful

Pre-employment Requirements

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
