- Sets up and stocks bar items and other necessary supplies
- Prepares drinks to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with dept of health sanitation requirements by properly handling products and ensuring correct storage and labeling.
- Cleans and sanitizes surfaces throughout the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and communicates with Management about pars.
