Job Skills / Requirements

The Customer Service Coordinator (“CSC”) is responsible for maintaining the integrity of systems and processes through delivery of services and accountability. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Quality control of administrative processes.
    • Account activation and deactivation coordination.
    • Responsible for accounts payable coordination.
    • Conduct billing review audit via Work Tickets.
    • Data entry for complaint and quality assurance.
    • Responsible for oversight of the contract process.
  • Provide customer service support.
    • Coordinate information flow through the appropriate channels.
    • Coordinate the work ticket process and recurring and special requests.
    • Create disciplinary reports for janitor violations according to established processes.
  • Provide Floor Technician support.
    • Coordinate and schedule floor maintenance requests and recurring work tickets.
    • Create a daily Floor Technician schedule and review with the technicians as needed.
    • Meet with the Key Account Representatives weekly to review the floor cleaning schedule for the following week.
    • Meet with the Field Supervisors to discuss any concerns regarding the Floor Technicians.
    • Order supplies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must be able to demonstrate our 4 company values: Honest, Accountable, Cooperate, Evolve.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of personnel within the organization.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, be flexible and multi-task effectively.
  • High level of detail.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Consistent positive attitude.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must hold a valid California Driver’s license with a driving record that meets company policy.
  • Must have the ability to travel through the Central Valley frequently; company vehicle is provided for this position.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus but not required.
  • Two years of administrative experience or industry knowledge preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

An employee's actual rate of pay for this position is reliant upon various factors such as the geographic location of the worksite, the type of industry/clientele being serviced and the employee's longevity with the company.
