Description
Responsibilities:
As an ambassador to the Company, the appointment coordinator will need to have great communication skills. The appointment coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments for customers who may have declined work, as well as return appointments for customers who missed a previously scheduled appointment. The appointment coordinator is expected to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls. Working hours for this position will be established by management, but will align with the operating hours of our service department Monday-Saturday.
The approximate pay range for this position is $16.00-$17.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Candidates are not required to have automotive experience although it is a plus. We are looking for a team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. As this position requires you to use the computer the candidate will need to have computer literacy as well as data entry skills. The candidate must have administrative experience as well have great phone skills.
