Duties and Responsibilities

lnventory Maintenance & Restocking

• Restocking brow and makeup stations with essential supplies such as cotton rounds, alcohol, mascara wands, and other necessary items.
• Replenishing facial treatment room cabinets with smocks, long-tipped applicators, 4x4 wipes, cotton rounds. Additionally, maintaining stock levels of sheets and towels in cabinets.
• Managing backbar products in facial rooms by restocking as needed. Keeping new and unopened products separate from opened ones to minimize waste.

Inventory Organization and Maintenance:

• Unpacking and organizing inventory in a systematic manner while promptly reporting any discrepancies in orders received to Packing Receiving
• Organizing backbar items and ensuring they are placed in designated area in treatment rooms.
• Creating proposed orders for facial backbar products based on master list minimum quantity requirements for review

Inventory Tracking & Reporting

• Conducting weekly inventory counts for retail products-( 2-3 brands each day of the week from 9-12)
• Back room & supplies cabinet organization
• Maintaining organization of back room and supplies cabinet

General:

• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
• Follow loss prevention policies and procedures and ensure execution in the department.
• Maintain professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
