Job Title: Sales Front Desk Lead
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our retail team.
The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail operation, including sales, customer service and inventory management.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty products, a strong sales background, and excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store, including sales, staffing, and customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs by motivating and coaching the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager or similar role in the beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of makeup and skincare products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
