Title of Position : Restaurant General Manager
Job Description : As the Restaurant General Manager the right candidate will lead by example, living a healthy lifestyle, eager to promote and educate the benefits of our vision.
To effectively accomplish this, the Restaurant General Manager must recruit, train, mentor, and maintain a team of equally passionate and eager people.
An important part of this Restaurant General Manager position is working with the local business owners, who support sustainable farming and 'buying local' fresh products, additionally participating and creating community events, volunteering in schools, hospitals, and farms across the state.
We are most interested in finding a like-minded individual and offer training to the right Restaurant General Manager candidate.

Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a Fast Casual Concept or as a Full Service Restaurant Manager
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food / labor cost, etc.)
