GE Corporate is Hiring a Remote Executive – EPC Partnerships (Remote Eligible, US)

Job Description Summary

The EPC Partnerships executive will report directly to the Executive Director of GE Hitachi’s Advanced Nuclear Programs. The EPC Partnerships executive will be responsible for the development, promotion and relationship management of GE Hitachi Advanced Nuclear strategic customer partnerships, maximizing the value of these relationships for both GE Hitachi and our customers.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Ability to work with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions & complex commercial constructs to meet the customer’s desired outcomes, finding the best fit for the customer among the available pool of architect engineers and EPC/constructors
  • Understanding of marketplace dynamics and country specific economic conditions and competitors
  • Work cross-functionally, liaising with commercial, sales, services and project delivery teams to support customer solutions
  • Build and maintain short-term and long-term deep relationships with our customers to enable year over year revenue growth
  • Developing and implementing successful commercial negotiation strategies
  • Ability to adapt business strategy to meet customer needs as market conditions evolve
  • Identifying and driving strategic projects and initiatives aligned to program and business strategy
  • Developing relationships, communicating and influencing across organizational levels (internally and externally)
  • Ability to strategically identify new markets and customers and build a pipeline for the applicable GEH products and services

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
  • At least 15 years of experience in commercial operations, product management and project execution
  • 10 years of experience working for/with architect engineers and EPC/constructors

Eligibility Requirements:

  • The preferred work location for this role is at the GEH Headquarters Wilmington, NC but qualified (US based) remote candidates will be considered.

The salary range for this position is $170-260k. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
