Job Summary:

The Marketing Data Analyst will coordinate the gathering and visualization of data through various sources and business tools, providing unique insights and methods of assisting business partners in making informed and directed business decisions to result in the betterment of general business operations as well as the tracking of information from all relevant levels of the business.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Produce and manage dashboards that utilize live and specialized data sources to summarize sales data to be easily digested by internal sales teams and managers and direct business decisions.
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of data throughout internal sales systems as well as data warehouse tools, working with multiple teams to ensure processes are carried out in a way that ensures desired data structure.
  • Identify critical KPI's for sales and marketing teams and deliver conclusions from analyses through presentations or regular follow-up with internal teams to assist with understanding and effectively communicate key insights.
  • Ensure that best practices are being used for data management and develop new data structures to assist with analyses, with partnership with Data Engineering and Analytics team.
  • Assist in defining and following up on budget updates with internal teams to set benchmarks for utilization and tracking within dashboards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Required to have excellency or proficiency in excel.
  • Strong communication skills with teams and ability to transform complex analysis into layman's terms.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
  • Two plus years of experience in related field.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • This position has no supervisory responsibilities


    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
