We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager -Construction to join our Jacksonville FL Team.
Requirements - (Do not apply if you do not have BOTH of the following):
· 3 Years Construction / Project Management experience.
· Undergraduate / Graduate degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field
Position Summary:
The Assistant Project Manager oversees various aspects of multiple simultaneous construction projects and is involved with project life cycle deliverables of assigned roles including submittals, shop drawings, RFI’s, change orders, cost and schedule tracking, warranty, and final delivery (project closeout) of assigned projects. The Assistant Project Manager coordinates with the superintendent, ensuring that materials, equipment, and supplies are on-hand when needed, performs quality assurance inspections, and follows up with testing and permitting agencies. You will attend and take minutes of various meetings including progress meetings with the owner, subcontractors, architects, and others as appropriate and you will cooperate with all parties to ensure projects are built appropriately in compliance with the plans and specifications.
Specific Educational and Job Skill Requirements:
Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management or related field, ten years of related work experience and the following job skills:

Pay: $65,807.73 - $77,209.31 per year
