Requirements

** Required availability: weekday nighttime availability Monday-Friday (shift would be approx. 4pm-close) 1-2 weekend shifts**

Responsibilities

FOH Daily Restaurant Operations

• Taking orders at the POS
• Handling cash transactions at the register
• Making cocktails and serving alcohol 
• Upselling 
  • Food
  • Drinks
  • Our loyalty program
• Table touches 
  • Check on customers
  • Bus tables
  • Offer a second round of cocktails
• Light dish and glassware washing
• Opening and/or closing the FOH 

Communication

• Professional communication with coworkers (BOH and FOH), management, and most importantly the customer.
• Provide exemplary customer service.

• No extended late shifts. The latest we close is 10pm, so our staff is out no later than 11:30pm.

Pay and Rewards: 

• Pay rate during training: $19.50 per hour
• Pay rate upon completion of training: $13.50 per hour ( $6-$12/ hour in tips)
• Pay increases will be determined at quarterly assessments.
• Guaranteed pay rate minimum of $19.50 an hour after tips . If you do not hit this number for whatever reason, we make up the difference by raising your pay rate.
• $200 sign on bonus after 6 months of employment
• $200 health insurance contribution for full time employees (35 hours per week) should you choose to enroll in any of our available health plans.
