• Take direction from the Supervisor to produce product and to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Prepare rotational molding equipment for daily operation
• Mount molds on machine carousel with weights reaching 100lbs
• Restock molds after setup change
• Clean and prepare molds, load molds with PE resign, and process cycle
• Demold parts from molds and stock in proper location
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Accurately process paperwork and perform preventative maintenance
• Ensure completion of secondary tasks (drill cases as required, cut liner buckets, blend PE with dye, prep vent tubes)
• Troubleshoot issues that arise
• Notify maintenance and appropriate personnel of equipment problems

EXPERIENCE

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with rotational molding a plus
• Forklift experience

• Prolonged periods standing and up to eight hours per shift
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to work in hot climates and in an environment with many noises and odors.
