Little Rock-based employer, $125m annual revenues with 1000 employees, 100 locations in region seeking to hire 5 year experienced Financial Analyst to assist Director (Financial Planning & Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions) with variety of financial analysis related efforts.
Responsibilities
- Define and monitor KPIs
- Devise innovative ways to segment and analyze the business.
- Identify trends, outliers and obscurities in data, translate into actionable insights.
- Prepare presentations for executive leadership and Board of Directors.
- Develop financial projections for merger & acquisition efforts of the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
- 2 years experience of statistical or data analysis.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and BI visualization tools preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
- 3-5 years experience developing, maintaining, and managing dashboards and analytics
