Gastro Center of Maryland is a quickly growing medical practice with four locations in Maryland. The company is looking for a Human Resources Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead our recruitment and onboarding efforts
- Coordinate the annual open enrollment process and assist employees with benefits-related questions
- Review, improve, and implement HR policies
- Assist in developing and facilitating various employee training sessions
- Run payroll
- Establish and maintain department records and reports
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, as needed
Qualifications
- HR experience
- Recent experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred
