BDC COORDINATOR

Job Description

Description: The BDC Coordinator is responsible for completing various organizational tasks to maintain the ongoing requirements of the department.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Assist BDC Sales with follow up on inbound phone and internet leads, inclusive of covering for colleague absences

• Perform weekly JD Power lead credit review and process accordingly

• Respond through portals to customer reviews

• Pull reports and perform weekly reviews for purpose of identifying gaps/issues

• Update department data in various google sheets

• Create monthly staff department schedule

• Perform periodic system updates

• Update twice a weekly Sales board

• Update bi-weekly Service board

• Update department documentation for roles, systems and and workflows

• Other Duties as assigned
