Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill a a Dental Assistantposition. This is a full-time, 40 hour/week position based out of the CompreCare Health Center located in San Jose, CA. Dental Assistants perform a variety of duties to assist the Dentist with the examination and treatment of patients. Both registered and non-registered Dental Assistants are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, with strong customer service skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required .

HIRING BONUS!

Gardner Health Services is now offering a $2,000 hiring bonus for qualified Dental Assistants! Dental Assistants will be paid half of the bonus at the time of hire and half at the successful completion of 6-months employment. The bonus will be prorated based on level of full-time equivalency (FTE).

Minimum Qualifications:

The minimum qualifications of these positions are listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Dental X-Ray Certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
• Current RDA Licensure (California)
• Two Years' Experience as RDA Preferred

Compensation:

Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.

Dental Assistant - $20.03 - $24.63/hourly

Registered Dental Assistant - $21.83 - $26.85/hourly
