Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-5 years Administrative Assistant experience
• 1-3 years of Receptionist experience
• Ability to efficiently handle a multi-line multi-location phone system
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multi-task
• Professional communication both verbally & written
• Experience interacting with customers
