Receptionist

Overview of duties:

• Present positive, professional first impressions.
• Professionally answering phones and routing calls. Candidate must be articulate and responsive to customer needs in a positive manner
• Greeting and assisting visitors, with a smile and courteous demeaner.
• Point person of will call activity and paperwork
• Assisting sales team as needed
• General office related tasks
• Data entry
• Daily housekeeping and cleaning of office environment
• Administrative assistance as needed
• filing paperwork

Requirements:

• Clear, calm, and pleasant speaking voice
• Self-motivated
• Ability to be flexible
• Ability to multi-task in an extremely fast pace environment
• Technologically savvy is a plus
• Professional trendy attire and well-groomed appearance
• Highly organized
• Holds strong grammar skills
• Valid Ohio driver’s license. Chosen candidate may be asked to drive company vehicle.
• Ability to learn software
• At minimum rudimentary knowledge of Microsoft 365

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 8:30 am until 5 pm. 30 minute lunch. Variations in this schedule as needed.
• Possible approved overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
