GARDINER, a provider of building solutions in the commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC markets, is looking for an Experienced Controls Technician.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Experience with installation and service of electrical and software components
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems including VFDs, service disconnects, motor controls units, contractors, and lighting controls
• Construct and implement programming code for automation in order to refine system controls and customer experience
• Supports HVAC Field Technicians by providing technical assistance and offering guidance

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school. Must have knowledge of various HVAC products, systems, electronics, and pneumatic controls. 
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Niagara certification a plus
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems including HVAC controllers, end devices and general controls
• Ability to diagnose low voltage electrical components
