Overview:

Our 100 unit Gardens style condo association is undergoing major renovations including concrete repair, roofs, painting, railings and tile work. We are in need of a part time Assistant Manager to coordinate the day to day activities related to this project. The Assistant Manager would work closely with our contractors and project engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Board President, ensure efficient day to day operations related to the ongoing condominium renovation project.
• Monitor conditions of property to identify and resolve issues related to the project.
• Solicit bids for minor work needed in support of the project such as electrical, painting, or tile installation.
• Coordinate and schedule contractor work within condo units (such as painting and tile installation).
• Coordinate closely with the Property Manager. Handle electronic, telephone, and face to face communications with residents, vendors, and Board of Directors in the absence of the Property Manager.
• Assist keeping and organizing records.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Strong electronic and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Proven skills with
• Google applications such as Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets
• Microsoft Word, Excel
• Zoom video conferencing
• Experience interfacing with any of the following vendors is a plus: construction, roofing, engineering, pool, landscaping, elevator, electrical, plumbing.
