Garden State Honda is Hiring a Customer Service/Bookkeeper Near Passaic, NJ
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Service Booker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the automotive industry, particularly with Honda vehicles. Proficiency with CDK software is a must, as the role involves to create and close repair orders, create PDI and warranty repair orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize repair orders (RO's) and purchase orders (PO's) using CDK software.
- File documents and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with office management tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service.
- Familiarity with Honda vehicles and dealership operations highly desirable.
- Proficiency with CDK software is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
