Job Summary:
The HR team is looking for a Regional HRBP, for the USA West coast to be responsible for providing support to the field leaders, and for delivering on all Human Resources initiatives. Reporting to the HR Director, Field Operations, the ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of the US State laws, Human Resources and labour standards requirements. He/She will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end management of all HR related matters, including the roll out of HR projects. He/She will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.
