What's an average day like?
Our employees are the strength of our service. The Workplace Experience Coordinator is the main point of contact for all employees joining our organization. From making sure the application process is compliant and hassle-free to walking hand in hand throughout the badging process.

You're an attentive, organized, diligent person who likes to make sure everything is in its proper place. You work well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy answering questions and helping our employees. Basically, you love making sure our employees are onboarded to GAMA in a smooth and hospitable manner. You are a sociable person who loves connecting with the team to create a great work experience, but can also work autonomously. Few things make you feel better at the end of a workday than helping your team work swiftly and efficiently toward a common goal. You look out for your people and they’re grateful for your responsiveness. WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment varies depending on assigned responsibility with work from home and occasional travel to HQ and offsite events/employee visits. Outside conditions exist when traveling to and from customer/employee sites.
