The Galt House Hotel is currently hiring for Host/ Hostess to greet patrons at several of our multiple restaurants - Swizzle and Walker's Exchange.

The primary role of theHost/ Hostess is to ensure the guest has a memorable experience by providing excellent customer service through solid organizational skills and exceptional people skills from the moment the guest arrives through the time of their departure.

Responsibilities of the Host/ Hostess:

• Assigning and escorting guests to their table.
• Providing menus.
• Making reservations.
• Arranging parties.
• May at times act as the cashier.

Qualifications of the Host/ Hostess:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1 years of previous experience as a host or concierge.
• Guest service and excellent communication skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have a friendly and engaging personality, with a positive attitude and professional and well-groomed appearance.
