In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.

Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.

Hosts / Hostesses should be passionate about providing a remarkable guest experience as they serve guests in our Dining Room.

Responsibilities :

• Attend to Guests' needs in the Dining Room
• Cleaning Tables, Facilities, and Restrooms
• Maintain Cleanliness in the Dining Room / Restrooms
• Show respect to all leaders
• Arrive to work on time and work all scheduled shifts
• Show up to work in full uniform, following all dress codes
• Go above and beyond to make our restaurant inviting and feel like home.
• Know the Values of Chick-fil-A Dixie and execute them with excellence, daily.
• Understand and practice the Core 4
• Practice 2nd Mile Service whenever given the opportunity
• Stay focused on the task at hand and follow directions from the Shift Leader
• Be willing to jump in and help those on your team
