Galleria Woods a premier retirement community in Hoover, Alabama is recruiting for aa full time Housekeeper Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. and some weekends. Part time Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. with some weekends.
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour.

Required skills and qualifications:
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
- Requires the ability to lift 30 pounds.
- Must have a record of good attendance.
- Prefer prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare or similar setting.
Your responsibilities:
- Performs general housekeeping duties in apartments, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting of all cleared flat surfaces.
- Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor.
- Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.
- Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition.
- Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
- Attendance is essential to this job. Must also maintain dependability and punctuality as outlined in Attendance policy.
- Always maintains resident confidentiality.
