Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives. As a Roofing Sales Representative at Galian Roofing, you will play a vital role in helping homeowners protect their investments. Your primary responsibility will be assisting clients in navigating the insurance claim process and ensuring they receive top-quality roofing solutions. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist homeowners: Guide clients through the insurance claim process and provide expert advice on roofing solutions.
• Build relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Sales: Present roofing options, negotiate contracts, and close sales to help homeowners secure their roofs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and customer interactions.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with our roofing experts and support staff to deliver seamless services to our clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of roofing systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Schedule is Monday to Saturday.
