**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications. **Responsibilities:** - Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting forms, support letters, and affidavits - Conduct legal research using Lexis-Nexis and other resources - Maintain accurate and organized case files using document management systems - Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide case updates - Prepare immigration forms and compile supporting documentation for submission - Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and memoranda - Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in the immigration process **Qualifications:** - Previous experience as a Paralegal specializing in immigration law is preferred - Proficiency in legal research, document management systems, and legal case management software - Strong communication skills and phone etiquette for client interactions - Ability to conduct interviews with clients to gather relevant information - Familiarity with immigration processes and procedures - Knowledge of filing procedures for various immigration petitions and applications This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and contribute to meaningful immigration cases.
