A professional dental team looking for an experienced, motivated, and efficient dental assistant and sterilization technician for our busy practice.

Responsibilities :

• Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment for each patient.
• Organizing and laying out instruments for dentist's use, handing instruments and other materials to dentist during procedures.
• Using suction and swabs to keep patients' mouths clear and dry during procedures.
• Proficiently make temporary crowns and bridges.
• Obtaining patients' dental records.
• Questioning patients about their medical history and recording information for dentist's reference.
• Advising patients on dental care and making patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment.
• Perform lab duties such as pouring models,fabricating whitening trays, night guards and retainers.
• Set up rooms for all operative procedures and turn over room in efficient manner.
• Seat patients and obtain consents.
• Able to send cases to dental labs, properly enter into software with accurate return date giving enough time for proper turn around.
