Litigation Attorney - Full Time

Location: St. Louis, MO, 63101

What you will be doing:

• Manage high-value personal injury cases, overseeing all stages.

• Craft and refine legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

• Undertake rigorous legal research to build strong cases.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, expert witnesses, and medical professionals.

• Negotiate settlements, aiming for the maximum compensation possible for our clients.

• Lead depositions, thoroughly preparing to conduct and defend.

Experience you will need:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of personal injury litigation experience.

• Track record in the courtroom, including multiple jury trials.

• In-depth knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology.

• Exceptional legal skills, including top-notch drafting, research, negotiation, and communication abilities.
