Due to rapid international growth, we have an amazing opportunity for a Supply Chain Assistant to join our US warehouse team. Reporting to the US QC & Inventory Manager, they will be responsible for supporting administratively all order entries and fulfilment to ensure our customers receive the correct product on time and in full on every order. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, and agile environment and will be required to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete entry of transactions to ensure system alignment and accuracy.
• Complete and submit forms for Sales and Marketing sample requests.
• Manage email correspondence.
• Log quality samples.
• Ensure operating processes and procedures are followed at all times.
• Support marketing and other departments with ad hoc promotional activities which require product distribution.
• Work cross functionally with other departments e.g. finance, customer service, marketing, and supply chain to identify and improve ways of working.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Technical experience with: M365 applications (outlook and excel – beginner to intermediate level) & Warehouse Management or similar systems.
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Time Management – ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise work
• Can work autonomously - Able to autonomously process information, follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Exceptional attention to detail and high quality of output
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Enthusiastic, collaborative and energetic.
