Job Description

Job Description

This role will be focused on the development and acquisition of new client accounts. Applicants for this role must have experience and a history of successful business development.

Responsibilities:

  • - Reach out and promote our services to potential clients.
  • - Fill roles for clients based on their search criteria.
  • - Provide guidance to clients and candidates regarding the market.
  • - Negotiate contracts and establish terms of new agreements.
  • - Promote openings to candidates, and recruiters within our organization.

Qualifications:

  • - 2 years in Business Development, preferably with a Third-Party Recruiting Agency.
  • - Excellent communication skills.
  • - Strong negotiation skills.
  • - Strong hunter approached in sales.
  • - Highly capable of handling vast amounts of information.
  • - Demonstrated success in sales/business development.

About the position:

  • - Commission only role.
  • - Fully remote.
  • - First year potential: $90,000
  • - Second year potential: $180,000
  • - Average commission: $7,500 (full-desk)
